DNA reference materials are required in many areas of genetic testing to enable diagnostic laboratories to monitor the performance of routine test methods.

Project Description

Using state-of-the-art molecular biology and mass spectrometry techniques, this project involves preparation and characterisation of a reference material for use by routine diagnostic laboratories.
